Terms & Conditions

Quotations

• This quotation is based on the specifications and scope of work provided by the client. Any alterations to the original scope may result in additional charges.
• Any variations to the quoted scope—whether increasing or decreasing goods or services—will result in a price adjustment.
• The quote includes one (1) drawing’s revision only. Additional revisions or redesigns will be billed at $150/hour + GST.
  

Site Requirements & Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready, safe, clean, and accessible for delivery and installation. This includes completion of all plumbing, electrical, and structural work prior to our attendance.
• From the date of check measure, any unnotified size changes will incur additional cut-down fees.
• Drawings provided are for joinery fabrication only and are not architectural documents.
  

Lead Times & Scheduling

• Standard lead times range from 3–6 weeks from approved drawings. Timelines may vary based on demand or supplier availability / project complexity.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by other trades. Availability to resume work may also be limited due to pre-booked schedules.
  

Variations & Cancellations

• Any changes in materials, work, or scope not included in the original quote must be agreed upon in writing via a signed variation form / email. Variations may extend the project timeline.
• If items are removed from the project, a revised quotation will be required as our pricing is calculated as a package.
• Orders cancelled after materials have been ordered or work commenced may be subject to cancellation and restocking fees, as well as charges for work already performed.
  

Exclusions

Unless specifically included, the following are not part of this quotation:

• Removal of existing joinery.
• Work by other trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, rangehood ducting, etc.).
• Supply and/or installation of appliances.
• Coordination of other trades.
• Items not listed such as: drawer inserts, splashbacks, handles, bins, stone, mirrors, lighting, tapware, sinks, etc.

Ownership & Payment

• Ownership of all goods remains with Marble Hub until full payment has been received.
• Payment terms must be adhered to as agreed. Delayed payment may result in project delays or withholding of final delivery.
  

Defects, Warranty & Inspection

• Clients must inspect goods upon installation and notify us in writing of any defects within a reasonable timeframe.
• We warrant that workmanship will be rectified or replaced if found defective and reported promptly. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, third parties, general wear and tear, or environmental exposure.
  

Site Protection & Incidentals

• While every care is taken during installation, the client is responsible for protecting flooring, walls, and surrounding finishes prior to delivery.
• We are not liable for theft, tampering, or damage to joinery post-installation. Damages (e.g., scratches, water, chips) caused by others will be repaired at additional cost.
• Shelves supplied with vanities or sink cabinets are to be cut by the plumber. Any missing or damaged shelves due to other trades will be charged for replacement.
• Joinery is cleaned upon completion. Any additional cleaning required due to other trades will be billed hourly.
